| Good quality goats’ cheese must
start with quality goats. We breed our own, and keep them together in one
herd in the most beneficial ways possible. The adults are milked twice a day
for nine months a year under strict hygiene regulations. Cheese making is
started within minutes of the milk leaving the goats. The milk is not
heated, stored or shaken in tanker lorry, ensuring the fresh, clean mild
taste of the cheese. |
